UPS and Fedex deliveries do not require the home owner to be present, or to get a signature before delivering.  Any product returned requires prior authorization from AFC Truck.  No COD's will be accepted.  Shipping will be at customer's expense. Any damage must be reported within 10 days.  All-non damaged returns are subject to a 30% restocking and return fee.  All approved returns must be in original cartons. No returns are accepted after 21 days.

All products will ship in good condition. All products returned must be in the original packaging and in good condition. Please include your name, address and reason for return.

On orders that produce “N/A” or “TBD” for shipping charges, the appropriate shipping fees will be calculated and added to the order prior to shipping.

Most items are delivered by UPS or Fed Ex. The majority of our products will normally ship within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a specific date or time of day.In stock items will normally ship within 2 business days. Special order and out of stock orders will be shipped as soon as the product is available. You will be contacted with an approximate shipping date.

Some products will have to ship by common carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to unload the truck. The driver is only required to move the load to the tailgate. If a lift gate is needed for your delivery, there is an added fee of $95.00-$125.00.

All shipping is based on size, weight, and destination. We ship only to the Continental USA.

Please note: some products will arrive in more than one box. They may also arrive from different sending locations. Shipping fees are determined by total weight. Some products will also have an “oversize” price for UPS/Fed Ex.

Any order cancelled after 24hours is subject to a minimum fee of $10.00 and up to 25% to be determined by AFC Truck.

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If delivered by carrier, the following policy applies. Any damages or shortages must be reported in writing at the time you sign for your delivery. A claim must be made with the carrier immediately. All goods will leave our location in good condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect delivery for damage or shortage and to sign accordingly.
